How do I place an order?
Simply add the desired watch to your cart and complete your purchase through our secure checkout page.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders as quickly as possible. If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at contact@modament.com. We will do our best to assist you!


Shipping & Delivery

Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Spain, Portugal, Sweden, Ireland, and the United Kingdom.

What are the estimated delivery times per country?

  • Netherlands: 1 business day
  • Belgium: 1 business day
  • Ireland: 5–6 business days
  • Spain: 3–4 business days
  • Sweden: 4 business days
  • United Kingdom: 3–5 business days
  • Portugal: 4–5 business days

Are your watches original and high-quality?
Absolutely! We carefully select all our watches and work only with reliable suppliers. Each watch is quality-checked before shipping.

Do your watches come with a warranty?
Yes, all our watches include a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

How do I know if the watch will fit me?
Our watches feature a comfortable, adjustable rubber strap that fits most wrist sizes, typically ranging from approximately 15 cm to 22 cm — no tools required. Simply adjust the strap to your perfect fit using the buckle.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my order?
Yes, you have the legal right to return your order. Here’s how it works:

– You have 14 days after delivery to let us know that you want to return the product.
– After informing us, you then have another 14 days to send the item(s) back.
– Once we receive the return in good condition, we’ll issue your refund within 14 days of your return notice.

You may handle and inspect the product as you would in a physical store. If the product has been used more than necessary, or returned incomplete or damaged, a deduction may be made from your refund.
